本文通过小叶满江红(Azollamicrophylla)×蕨状满江红(Azollafiliculoides)(B×A)、墨西哥满江红(Azollamexicana)、蕨状满江红(M×A)种间正反交杂种一代五个主要性状的遗传分析,揭示种间杂种F1代若干重要的遗传特点,为杂种苗的鉴定提供植物形态学及生殖生物学方面的依据。这五个性状是:1.叶色;2.叶表皮毛;3.泡胶块上钩毛;4.孢子育性;5.茎的分枝方式和植株形态。五个性状除B×A和M×A两组合杂种正常环境下的叶色和茎的分枝方式相同于父母本外,其余四个性状均区别于父母本。此外,本文在讨论部分对杂种小孢子败育原因以及小孢子育性对三膘亚属红萍生物种的划分意义作了初步分析。
In this paper, genetic analysis of five major traits of Azollamicrophylla × Azollafiliculoides (B × A), Azolla mexicana and M × A in interspecific hybrids revealed that Interspecific hybrid F1 generation of some important genetic characteristics for the identification of hybrid seedlings to provide plant morphology and reproductive biology basis. These five traits are: 1. Leaf color; 2. Leaf epidermal hair; 3. Bubble block hook hair; 4. Spore fertility; 5. Stem branching patterns and plant morphology. Five traits except for B × A and M × A hybrid combinations under normal circumstances leaf color and stem branching the same way both parents and outside, the remaining four traits are different from the parent. In addition, the paper discussed some of the reasons for the microspore abortion and the microspore fertility of the Sapium subsp.
