目的:探讨急性白血病(AL)红细胞CD55+、CD59+表达及其临床意义。方法:AL患者42例,正常对照组42例,采用免疫荧光流式细胞仪检测红细胞膜表面CD55+、CD59+分子数量,采用全自动蛋白分析仪检测体液免疫相关指标。对AL患者,按化疗前后骨髓中原始细胞的百分数,将其分为缓解组和未缓解组,并对2组患者的红细胞膜表面CD55+、CD59+分子检测结果进行比较。结果:AL患者红细胞膜表面CD55+、CD59+分子数量较正常对照组下降,差别有统计学意义(P均<0.05);CD55+分子与IgA呈正相关(P<0.05);CD59+分子与补体C3、C4呈负相关(P<0.05);CD55+分子数量在AL患者未缓解组较缓解组下降,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AL患者红细胞天然免疫功能下降;红细胞膜表面CD55、CD59分子参与体液免疫反应调控,但CD55+分子的数量能否作为判断AL患者免疫状态及预后的指标之一,有待进一步探索和研究。
Objective: To investigate the expression of CD55 + and CD59 + in erythrocyte of acute leukemia and its clinical significance. Methods: 42 cases of AL patients and 42 cases of normal control group. The numbers of CD55 + and CD59 + on erythrocyte membrane were detected by immunofluorescence flow cytometry. The indexes of humoral immunity were detected by automatic protein analyzer. The AL patients were divided into remission group and non-remission group according to the percentage of primitive cells in bone marrow before and after chemotherapy. The results of CD55 + and CD59 + on the surface of erythrocyte membrane in two groups were compared. Results: The numbers of CD55 + and CD59 + molecules on erythrocyte membrane surface in AL patients were significantly lower than those in normal controls (P <0.05). CD55 + and IgA were positively correlated (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The number of CD55 + molecules in AL group was significantly lower than that in AL group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Natural immune function of erythrocytes in AL patients is decreased. CD55 and CD59 on erythrocyte membrane surface are involved in humoral immune response. However, whether the number of CD55 + molecules can be used as an indicator of immune status and prognosis in AL patients remains to be further explored and studied.
