为解决半钢炼钢终点渣稀、氧化性高,在120t转炉不倒炉出钢时存在炉口涌渣的问题,采取在转炉吹炼终点,炉内加入冷钢渣500~1 000kg和碳质材料50~200kg进行压渣调渣试验,可达到压渣、稠渣与不倒炉直接出钢的目的。与常规工艺相比,减少了出钢下渣量,钢中w(P)多降低0.004%,钢中w(S)多增加0.001%,减少脱氧合金消耗62kg/炉,降低炉衬侵蚀速度0.1mm/炉,减少溅渣护炉料消耗200~300kg/炉,缩短溅渣时间1.0~1.5min,获得了较好的溅渣护炉效果。采用该技术既节约了原材料,提高了钢水质量,又开发了钢渣资源综合利用的新途径。
