对生产发动机气门的电热镦粗工艺及温热挤压工艺进行了分析比较,在提出了气门最佳挤压模腔轮廓应满足的两点主要要求的基础上,着重介绍了几种可供选用的模腔轮廓设计和用于生产的挤压模具结构。
The electric upsetting process and warm extrusion process of producing engine valve were analyzed and compared. After the two main requirements which should be satisfied for the optimal extrusion cavity profile of valve were put forward, several kinds of available options Cavity contour design and extrusion die structure for production.
