目的总结探讨老年结肠癌患者术后的肠内肠外营养支持的临床价值。方法回顾分析河南省尉氏县人民医院手术治疗的老年结肠癌患者87例,观察组44例术后给予肠内肠外营养,对照组43例术后采取常规输液治疗。结果两组患者在术后第7d进行比较,对比两组患者治疗后血清ALB、前白蛋白PA、转铁蛋白TF以及淋巴细胞总数TLC等恢复情况及术后并发症,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义,具有可比性。结论老年结肠癌患者术后肠内肠外营养支持,能有效降低老年患者术后并发症的发生率,改善脂肪降解功能性障碍,提升术后恢复质量。
Objective To summarize the clinical value of postoperative enteral parenteral nutritional support in elderly patients with colon cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of Weishi County People’s Hospital of Henan Province, surgical treatment of 87 elderly patients with colon cancer, 44 patients in the observation group were given enteral parenteral nutrition, 43 patients in the control group after conventional infusion therapy. Results The two groups were compared on the 7th day after operation. The recovery of postoperative serum ALB, prealbumin PA, transferrin TF and total lymphocytes TLC and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. The observation group was significantly better than the control group Group (P <0.05) the difference was statistically significant, comparable. Conclusion The postoperative enteral and parenteral nutritional support for elderly patients with colon cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in elderly patients, improve the functional impairment of fat degradation and improve the quality of postoperative recovery.
