30只雌性小鼠随机分为二组。实验组自由政用“竹菊茶”,观察该茶对其免疫功能的影响。实验期为30天。实验结果表明,两组动物的体重和脏体比均无明显差异(P>0.05)。实验组与对照组相比,其T淋巴细胞转化率(57.0%:50.8%,P<0.01),每2×10~6个脾细胞中抗体形成细胞的数量(1428:110,P<0.05),腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率(67.3%:52.8%,P<0.01)和吞噬指数(1.28:0.776,P<0.01)均高于对照组。因此,实验结果提示竹菊茶对小鼠的特异性及非特异性免疫功能均有增强的作用。
Thirty female mice were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group used “Zhuju tea” for free and observed the effect of the tea on its immune function. The experiment period is 30 days. The experimental results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight and body mass ratio between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the T lymphocyte transformation rate of the experimental group (57.0%: 50.8%, P <0.01), the number of antibody-forming cells per 2 x 10 ~ 6 spleen cells (1428: 110, P <0.05) The phagocytic rate (67.3%: 52.8%, P<0.01) and phagocytic index (1.28:0.776, P<0.01) of peritoneal macrophages were higher than those of the control group. Therefore, the experimental results suggest that Zhuju Tea has an enhanced effect on specific and non-specific immune functions in mice.
