为实现石油化工过程的全流程动态建模与仿真,需要面对多样、多变的管道网络拓扑结构,解决管道网络的实时计算问题,其中包括种类多样、数量巨大的各类管件的计算;需要处理管道因材质不同、因使用环境不同、因工况不同而存在的不同情况;需要应对所流经流体的相态、组成、物性及流速等可能发生的变化。这些变化及不确定性都给石油化工管道网络实时计算的实现带来了巨大的挑战。为应对上述问题,本文引入智能体(Agent)的概念及方法,提出了一种石油化工管道网络实时计算策略架构,对该架构所含Agent的基本结构及交互信息结构做了详细规定,提出了抽象类Agent和实体类Agent的分类方式等内容。最后,本文以北京某厂丙烯酸甲酯生产流程中的精馏塔单元为例介绍了该架构下创建的各个Agent与实际流程之间的对应关系,并简要介绍了整个计算流程。结果表明,本文所提基于Agent的石油化工管道网络实时计算策略架构能够很好地解决上述变化及不确定性问题,从而顺利地实现石油化工管道网络的实时计算。
In order to realize the whole process dynamic modeling and simulation of petrochemical process, it is necessary to face diversified and changing pipe network topological structure and solve the real-time calculation problem of pipe network, including the calculation of various types and huge quantities of various pipe fittings; Due to different materials used to deal with the pipeline, due to different environments, due to different working conditions exist in different situations; need to deal with the fluid flowing through the phase, composition, physical properties and flow rates and other possible changes. All these changes and uncertainties pose a huge challenge to the real-time calculation of petrochemical pipeline network. In order to cope with the above problems, this paper introduces the concept and method of Agent, puts forward a real-time computing strategy framework of petrochemical pipeline network, and provides detailed rules for the basic structure and interactive information structure of agent contained in this framework. Abstract class Agent and entity class Agent classification and so on. Finally, taking the distillation column unit in a methyl acrylate production process in Beijing as an example, this paper introduces the correspondence between each Agent created under the framework and the actual process, and briefly introduces the entire calculation process. The results show that the Agent-based real-time computing strategy architecture of petrochemical pipeline network can solve the above-mentioned problems of variation and uncertainty well, so as to realize the real-time calculation of petrochemical pipeline network smoothly.
