进入21世纪以后,企事业单位对于大中专院校毕业的高学历人才需求量明显增大,这就带动了高校数量以及招生数量的增多。高等职业院校要想在激烈的竞争环境下争取到高水平的教师队伍,唯一能做的就是要加大对教师激励机制的研究,通过合理有效的激励措施才能保证吸引更多有实力的教师来促进高等职业院校的发展。我们必须在定性的基础上,大力引入定量的方法,才能为了职业院校的发展引进并留住更多的教师人才。
