高于正常的温度可选择性地破坏某些肿瘤细胞,Giovanella 以42℃3小时的高温治疗L_(1210)白血病小鼠,可取得四个对数杀伤的疗效;在体外试验中,高温也有杀伤 L_(1210)白血病细胞的作用。也有的作者观察到高温可引起肿瘤的消退与肿瘤动物存活时间的延长;甚至应用一次高温治疗可使小鼠肿瘤达到痊愈。应用高温治疗人类皮肤肿瘤与膀胱癌等恶性肿瘤也曾获得了疗效,或提高了化疗药物的疗效。至于高温治疗肿瘤的机理还未阐明,为此本研究室观察了高热对肿瘤细胞的超微结构影响,以期由细胞生物学水平探讨高温治疗的效果与作用机理。
Higher than normal temperature can selectively destroy certain tumor cells, Giovanella treatment of L 1210 leukemia mice at 42 ℃ 3 hours of high temperature can achieve four logarithmic killing effect; In vitro experiments, the high temperature also kill L (1210) leukemia cells. Some authors also observed that hyperthermia can cause tumor regression and survival of tumor animals prolonged; even a high temperature treatment can be used to achieve tumor recovery in mice. Application of high temperature treatment of human skin tumors and bladder cancer and other malignancies have also been achieved, or improve the efficacy of chemotherapy drugs. As for the mechanism of hyperthermia treatment of tumor has not been elucidated, therefore, this study observed the hyperthermia on the ultrastructure of tumor cells in order to explore the effect of high-temperature treatment and mechanism of action by cell biology.
