39例变应性鼻炎的患者应用CAP检测系统进行过敏原筛选试验，嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白（ECP）测定及血清特异性IgE（SIgE）的检测，结果：（1）11例血清ECP值在8.74～64ug／L，高于正常值7ug／L的占28％；（2）血清SIgE测定的阳性检出率为59％（23／39）；（3）过敏原筛选试验的灵敏度为96％，特异度为77％，测出的过敏原以尘螨为主占77％，床尘占52％。这些患者经用相应的变应原聪敏治疗后，症状均得明显改善。
In 39 patients with allergic rhinitis, the allergen screening test, eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) test and serum specific IgE (SIgE) test were performed by using the CAP detection system. Results: (1) The serum ECP values of 11 patients were 8.74 ~ 64ug / L, higher than the normal 7ug / L accounted for 28%; (2) the positive detection rate of serum SIgE was 59% (23/39); (3) the sensitivity of the allergen screening test was 96% The specificity was 77%. The allergens detected were mainly dust mites, accounting for 77% and bed dust accounting for 52%. These patients were treated with the corresponding allergen clever treatment, the symptoms were significantly improved.
