目的建立一种快速溶剂萃取-离子色谱梯度淋洗抑制电导法测定土壤中痕量焦磷酸盐及其他阴离子浓度的方法。方法采集周边环境中的土壤,经快速溶剂萃取后过0.22μm微孔滤膜和C18预处理柱再直接进样。选用Dionex Ion Pac AG11(50 mm×4 mm)阴离子保护柱和Dionex Ion Pac AS11(250 mm×4 mm)阴离子分析柱对样品进行分离,氢氧化钾溶液梯度淋洗,自动再生抑制电导检测器检测,14 min内同时测定土壤中的痕量焦磷酸盐及其他阴离子。结果焦磷酸盐及其他5种阴离子的线性范围良好,r>0.999;各阴离子的加标平均回收率为93.82%~103.13%,相对标准偏差<3.00%。结论该方法操作简便、实用性强、结果可靠,可用于环境土壤中的痕量焦磷酸盐及其他阴离子的检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid solvent extraction-ion chromatography gradient elution inhibition method for the determination of trace pyrophosphate and other anion concentrations in soil. Methods The soil in the surrounding environment was collected. After rapid solvent extraction, 0.22 μm microporous membrane and C18 pretreatment column were used for direct injection. The samples were separated using a Dionex Ion Pac AG11 (50 mm × 4 mm) anion guard column and a Dionex Ion Pac AS11 (250 mm × 4 mm) anion exchange column, a potassium hydroxide solution gradient elution, an automatic regeneration suppression conductivity detector detector Simultaneous determination of trace amounts of pyrophosphate and other anions in the soil within 14 min. Results The linear range of pyrophosphate and other five anions was good, r> 0.999. The average recoveries of various anions were 93.82% ~ 103.13% and the relative standard deviations were less than 3.00%. Conclusion The method is simple, practical, and reliable. It can be used for the determination of trace pyrophosphate and other anions in environmental soils.
