在远程教育时空分离的教育环境下,学习策略是决定电大基层学习者学习效果的主要因素之一。通过对电大基层学习者的调查发现,学习者的年龄、气质与性格、学习动机、学习能力、自我效能感影响了他们对学习策略的选择和应用。在此基础上,有针对性地提出设置合理的学习目标、提高计算机操作能力、进行有效的时间管理、合理分配学习时间等学习策略,以期对远程教育环境下电大基层学习者有所帮助。
Distance education in the educational environment of time and space, learning strategy is to determine the basic learning outcomes of TVU one of the major factors. Through the investigation of TVU learners, it is found that the learners’ age, temperament and personality, motivation, learning ability and self-efficacy affect their choice and application of learning strategies. On this basis, it puts forward some learning strategies such as setting reasonable learning objectives, improving computer operation ability, carrying out effective time management and allocating learning time reasonably in the hope of aiding the TVU learners in distance education environment.
