目的探讨房颤的发生率与交感神经末梢和缝隙连接蛋白分布的关系。方法测定犬右心耳(RAA)、左心耳(LAA)、左房(LA)、右房(RA)、左上肺静脉(LSPV)、左下肺静脉(LIPV)、右上肺静脉(RSPV)和右下肺静脉(RIPV)的不应期(AERP),并给予诱发房颤。随后取上述组织做成石蜡标本,HE染色确定基本结构后,通过免疫组织化学显示交感神经末梢、缝隙连接蛋白(Cx43)的分布。结果犬的房颤诱发率与缝隙连接蛋白分布数量有关。交感神经与缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)之间有相关性。结论逢隙连接蛋白的空间分布不均性及其表达,排列方式的变化,是房颤发生的基质,交感神经可能通过影响缝隙连接蛋白43来促进房颤的发生和维持。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the incidence of atrial fibrillation and the distribution of sympathetic nerve terminals and connexin. Methods The left atrial appendage (LAA), left atrium (LA), right atrium (RA), left upper pulmonary vein (LSPV), left lower pulmonary vein (LIPV), right upper pulmonary vein (RSPV) and right lower pulmonary vein ) Refractory period (AERP), and given to induce atrial fibrillation. Subsequently, paraffin specimens were obtained from the above tissues, and the distribution of sympathetic nerve endings and connexin (Cx43) was revealed by immunohistochemistry after HE staining to determine the basic structure. Results The incidence of atrial fibrillation in dogs was related to the distribution of connexin. Sympathetic nerves are associated with connexin 43 (Cx43). Conclusions The spatial distribution of interstitial connexin and the changes of its expression and arrangement are the substrates of atrial fibrillation. Sympathetic nerve may promote the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation by affecting connexin43.
