130×12×1300mm大型T8A钢切纸刀片,要求整体淬硬达HRC50-55,翘曲不超过0.2mm,切纸刀单边开了斜面刃口,工件形状不对称,淬火时快冷面凸起,使工件易沿两个方向翘曲,如图1往往因无法校正而报废。我厂生产了几批切纸刀,开始由于没有掌握热处理操作要领,合格率只有80%,经过几年的实践摸索,改进工艺,合格率提高到100%。热处理工艺如下: (1)淬火加热用通有保护气氛振底炉(不振动)刃口朝上侧立加热,或用75kW气体渗碳炉垂直吊挂加热(滴煤油保护),加热温度800~820℃,加热时间为30min。
