本文介绍如何提高回转式压缩机的效率。首先估算压缩机的功率损失,分析轴承的运转状态,並计算压缩机的性能。其次,为了测得压缩机内部的状态数据,在实际压缩机中测量机壳内的温度和气缸内的压力,但是用一个实际压缩机来测量是不够充分的,故利用模拟实际压缩机的泄漏状态及润滑状态的试验装置来进行模型试验。然后在上述分析与测量的基础上,计算减少损失的各种的效果,通过采用最有效的措施。使效率提高12%,並在容量调节装置工作时,使效率的降低减小到最小。
