一、前言粘土是用于造型的主要原料之一,大约每生产一吨合格铸件,需消耗150公斤左右的粘土。粘土的好坏直接影响着铸件的质量和成本。一般而言,与造型材料直接或间接有关的铸件缺陷,约占铸件废品的35~60%。耐火度是粘土重要的高温性能之一。因此,在没有测试手段的条件下,如何比较精确地计算出耐火度具有重要意义。我们做了这方面的研究工作,从中总结出粘土耐火度的经验公式。
