提出了一种车辆可靠性分析中威布尔分布的参数估计公式，并用蒙特卡洛法进行模拟验证。模拟结果表明，参数估计公式正确，采用蒙特卡洛法进行模拟验证可行。
A parameter estimation formula of Weibull distribution in vehicle reliability analysis is proposed and simulated by Monte Carlo method. The simulation results show that the formula of parameter estimation is correct and it is feasible to use Monte Carlo method to simulate.
