目的:观察心乐胶囊对CVB3病毒性心肌炎Balb/c小鼠Bcl-2及Bax的影响。方法:Balb/C小鼠随机分为6组,空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性药对照组、心乐胶囊高、中、低计量组,每组30只,利用免疫组织化学技术观察心乐胶囊对柯萨奇B3型(CVB3)致病毒性心肌炎小鼠Bcl-2及Bax水平的影响。结果:心乐胶囊各剂量组及阳性药对照组均能提高CVB3致病毒性心肌炎Balb/C小鼠心肌组织Bcl-2蛋白表达,降低Bax蛋白的表达。心乐胶囊各剂量组与模型组相比有显著差异P<0.01,其中以心乐胶囊高剂量组最为明显。结论:1心乐胶囊能够明显地提高CVB3致病毒性心肌炎Balb/c小鼠Bcl-2蛋白表达,降低Bax蛋白的表达。2心乐胶囊可以抑制病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌细胞的凋亡,保护心肌组织。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xinle capsule on Bcl-2 and Bax in Balb / c mice with CVB3 viral myocarditis. Methods: Balb / C mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank control group, model control group, positive drug control group, Xinle capsule high, middle and low dose group, with 30 rats in each group. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the heart music Effect of Capsule on the Level of Bcl-2 and Bax in Coxsackievirus B3 Infectious Myocarditis in Mice. Results: Each dose of Xinle capsule and the positive control group could increase the expression of Bcl-2 protein and decrease the expression of Bax protein in myocardium of Balb / C mice with CVB3 viral myocarditis. Xinle Capsule dose group and the model group compared to a significant difference P <0.01, of which the high-dose Xinle capsule most obvious. Conclusion: XRL can significantly improve Bcl-2 protein expression and Bax protein expression in CVB3 induced viral myocarditis Balb / c mice. 2 Xinle Capsule can inhibit the apoptosis of myocardium in mice with viral myocarditis and protect myocardium.
