一九七六年十月昌江县石碌水库创业兵团两个连队共86人,因食用从新港水产站购回的竹夹咸鱼而引起过敏食物中毒,有82人发病,发病率为95.3%。有些人仅吃一口就引起中毒。发病时间在数分钟至二小时左右。临床症状:脸都潮红、头晕头痛、心跳脉快、胸部纳闷、呼吸急促、皮肤骚痒、口舌麻木等。致使两个连队全体工人当天不能出工,影响身体健康。事情发生以后,县委指示,一定要查出食物中毒原因。我站组织人力,深入现场进行调查,并针对过敏症状及时抢救治疗。中毒翌日患者全部恢复健康。我们在中毒现场和到新港水产站采集该批咸鱼样品进行毒物分析。兹将检验结果报告如下:
