机床主轴组件的结构对整个机床加工精度、寿命、可靠性、功耗等均有重要影响。采用液压主轴轴承可以大大提高机床加工精度,降低运动摩擦与功耗,温度稳定,噪音小,寿命长,能承受过负荷。液压主轴轴承的动力源可以采用机床液压与润滑系统的油泵。液压静力支承与液压动力支承,两者供压方式不同,原理类同。本文主要用数字方法对液压主轴轴承进行仿真分析。
The structure of the spindle components of the machine has an important impact on the machining accuracy, life expectancy, reliability, power consumption, etc. of the entire machine tool. The use of hydraulic spindle bearings can greatly improve the machining accuracy, reduce friction and power consumption, temperature stability, low noise, long life, can withstand overload. Hydraulic spindle bearings power source can be used machine oil pump hydraulic and lubrication systems. Hydraulic static support and hydraulic power support, both for different ways of pressure, the principle of the same. In this paper, numerical methods are mainly used to simulate the hydraulic spindle bearings.
