选育早熟,丰产、含油率高的甘兰型油菜新品种是我省粮、棉、油超《纲要》的重要课题之一。在选种工作中,特别是系统选育的单株选择中,往往需要处理几千个样株的含油率测定,如果仍用常规抽提的方法,样品和材料消耗多工作量亦大。近年来,国外从油类种籽的比重与含油量的相关关系上,获得了大量筛选品种的新方法,我们参考其中的一个方法对15个甘兰型油菜品种进行了初步试验和研究,简报如下:一、试验方法用溴苯和煤油调制成从比重1.08到1.18(每0.02为一级)六种梯度的溶液,[注]分别放在25毫升的量筒中,成为一组比重梯度系列管,然后在每一个已经经过1—2毫米
