目的:建立一种简便、快速、灵敏、准确地鉴定中药中莨菪碱类成分混入的高效液相色谱-阵列二极管检测器(HPLC- DAD)、高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS)分析方法。方法:色谱柱为Lichrospher Si正相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm), DAD检测条件:流动相:30 mmol·L-1醋酸铵溶液-乙腈=30:70,检测波长210 nm,流速1.0 ml·min-1。HPLC-MS以离子阱为检测器,采用正离子检测模式进行检测。结果:运用此方法成功的确证中药煎剂中阿托品、山莨菪碱、东莨菪碱类成分。结论:本方法简便准确,可做为中药中莨菪碱类成分混入的检测方法。
Objective: To establish a simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate method for the identification of lanthanum compounds in traditional Chinese medicines by HPLC-DAD and HPLC-MS analysis. method. Methods: The column was Lichrospher Si normal phase column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The detection conditions of DAD were as follows: mobile phase:30 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution-acetonitrile=30:70, detection wavelength 210 nm, flow rate 1.0 ml·min-1. HPLC-MS uses an ion trap as a detector and a positive ion detection mode for detection. Results: The success of this method confirmed the authenticity of atropine, anisodamine, and scopolamine in traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate. It can be used as a detection method for the incorporation of scopolamine in traditional Chinese medicine.
