目的对巴西鬼针草药材进行基原鉴定及生药学研究,为药材质量控制和开发应用提供依据。方法提取样品总DNA,扩增ITS基因序列,利用相似度搜索法进行分子鉴定。利用通过DNA条形码—产地—形态分析方法鉴定巴西鬼针草。按照2010版《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)中方法分析样品性状、显微特征。结果 DNA条形码—产地—形态分析联用的鉴定方法鉴定巴西鬼针草药材来源于菊科植物鬼针草Bidens pilosa。结论巴西鬼针草药材来源于菊科植物鬼针草Bidens pilosa,生药学特征可以作为药材鉴定的依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the basis identification and pharmacognosy research of Bidens in Brazil for the quality control and development and application of medicinal materials. Methods Total DNA samples were extracted, ITS sequences were amplified, and the similarity was searched for molecular identification. Identification of Bidens brasiliensis by DNA barcoding - origin - speciation analysis. According to the 2010 edition of “People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia” (a) in the method of analysis of sample traits, microscopic features. Results DNA barcoding - origin - the identification of morphological analysis identification Bixiacao herbs from the Compositae Bidens pilosa. Conclusion The Bidens pilosa from Brazil is originated from Bidens pilosa. The biopharmaceutical characteristics can be used as the basis for the identification of medicinal materials.
