1991~1993年对小麦禾谷孢囊线虫(Heteroderaavenae)的寄主范围、侵染和在各寄主体内的发育能力进行了观察、研究。结果表明,小麦、裸大麦、米大麦、家燕麦、野燕麦、黑麦草、鹅冠草、苇状羊茅、球茎草芦和鸭茅10种植物是线虫的良好寄主;玉米能被线虫侵入寄生,但很难完成生活史;红三叶草和紫苜蓿不被线虫侵染。线虫在不同寄主体内发育进度有差异。黑麦草内线上数量最多,平均每克鲜根内有线虫3.45头,线虫最少的是鸭茅,每克鲜根内只有0.26头线虫。方差分析表明,10种植物的侵染率差异不显著。
From 1991 to 1993, the host range, infection and developmental capacity of Heterodera avenae in wheat were observed and studied. The results showed that 10 species of plants such as wheat, naked barley, barley, oats, wild oats, ryegrass, canopy grass, tall fescue, bulbgrass and ducks were good hosts for nematodes. , But it is difficult to complete the life history; red clover and purple alfalfa are not infected by nematodes.
