目的 :探讨生活事件在大学生心身障碍发病机制中的作用。方法 :按不同专业分层抽样 ,采用中国身心健康量表和生活事件量表测试 ,以身心健康量表各因子至少有一项 T分≥ 70和 L量表 T分 <70为心身障碍筛查标准。结果 :大学生的生活事件在正性事件分、负性事件分、总分、家庭有关问题、工作学习、社交与其它问题均显著高于对照组 ;心身障碍的症状表达和严重程度与生活事件各因子存在不同程度的相关。但负性事件与心身障碍各症状因子的相关程度最高。结论 :进一步支持负性事件在心身障碍病因学中的作用 ;学生遭受不同的精神刺激和压力 ,可能对心身障碍具有不同的致病影响。
Objective: To explore the role of life events in the pathogenesis of college students with psychosomatic impairment. Methods: According to different professional stratified sampling, using Chinese physical and mental health scale and life event scale test, the physical and mental health scale each factor at least one T score ≥ 70 and the L scale T score <70 for the screening criteria for psychosomatic impairment . Results: The life events of college students were significantly higher than those of the control group in positive events, negative events, total scores, family-related problems, work-study, social problems and other problems. The symptoms and severity of life- There are different degrees of correlation between factors. However, negative events and psychosomatic symptoms and symptoms of the highest correlation. CONCLUSIONS: Further support for the role of negative events in the etiology of psychosomatic impairment; students subjected to different mental stimuli and stress may have different causative effects on psychosomatic disorders.
