建立了精轧TWC(张力宽度控制)控制系统,其调节的机制是通过改变活套电机电流和角度来调节精轧机架间的张力,从而达到宽度补偿的目的。分析了精轧区宽度波动的不同原因,阐述了TWC控制系统原理。针对不同原因引起的宽度偏差,给出了相应的控制策略及控制模型。该TWC控制系统由4个控制模型组成,分别控制由粗轧出口引起的宽度偏差、材料硬度引起的宽度偏差、周期性宽度误差和随机性宽度误差。该控制系统投入使用后,带钢宽度的均一性得到明显改善。
A control system of finishing rolling TWC (tension width control) is established. The adjustment mechanism is to adjust the tension between the finishing stands by changing the current and angle of the looper motor so as to achieve the purpose of width compensation. The different reasons of the width fluctuation in the finishing zone are analyzed, and the principle of TWC control system is expounded. According to the width deviation caused by different reasons, the corresponding control strategy and control model are given. The TWC control system consists of four control models that control the width deviation caused by the roughing exit, the width deviation caused by the material hardness, the periodic width error and the random width error respectively. After the control system is put into use, the uniformity of strip width is obviously improved.
