固体颗粒的冲刷腐蚀行为在工程上随处可见,由此导致材料破坏及设备失效十分常见,造成了严重的经济损失。如在气井生产过程中,返排液或者生产流体会携带少量地层出砂,对钻井设备产生非常严重的磨损。本文将对常用的钻井设备本体材料进行冲蚀磨损行为的研究,揭示其冲蚀速率随冲击角、流体流速的变化规律,为钻井设备本体材料的磨损预测提供一定参考。
Erosion and corrosion behavior of solid particles can be seen everywhere in engineering, resulting in material damage and equipment failure are common, resulting in serious economic losses. As in the gas well production process, the return fluid or production fluid will carry a small amount of sand out of the formation and cause very serious wear and tear on the drilling equipment. In this paper, the common wear and tear behavior of drilling equipment body material is studied, and the variation rules of erosion rate with impact angle and fluid flow rate are revealed, which will provide reference for the wear prediction of drilling equipment body material.
