本文研究了铸态及热处理状态下金属型低铬白口铸铁的组织与性能。试验结果表明:随着金属型壁厚的增加,铸铁组织中的碳化物形貌由网状向弧立板块状转化,并在局部出现了团球状组织;冲击韧性随金属型壁厚的增大而增加,但其硬度几乎不变。铸态试样施以适当的热处理可改善其组织和韧性,提高硬度水平。另外,就金属型铸造对碳化物形貌的影响机理给予了讨论。
In this paper, the microstructures and properties of the metallic low chromium white cast iron under cast and heat treatment were studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of metal wall thickness, the carbide morphology in the cast iron is transformed from the mesh to the arc-shaped plate, and the ball-like structure appears locally. The impact toughness increases with the increase of the metal wall thickness But increased, but its hardness almost unchanged. Casting the sample with appropriate heat treatment can improve its structure and toughness, improve the hardness level. In addition, the influence of metal casting on the carbide morphology is discussed.
