随着人们生活水平的提高,我们除关心影响健康的微量(10-9~10-6g/g)有害元素,如As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg等外,同时也关注一些高含量(10-3~10-1g/g)营养元素,如K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe等。食品中多元素常规测试步骤:先微波消解,痕量元素ICP-MS分析;高含量元素采用ICP-OES或将样品二次稀释(例如人工溶液稀释、自动进样器稀释或气体HMI稀释)再ICP-MS分析。
