嵌入式操作系统的发展为计算机数控系统的研发提供了新的方法,上位机采用嵌入式实时操作系统Windows CE负责数控代码编辑解释仿真、故障诊断等弱实时任务管理,下位机采用自行开发的基于DSP及FPGA技术的运动控制卡负责代码插补及伺服控制等强实时任务管理。介绍了数控系统中关键技术的理论原理和技术路线,并阐述了基于嵌入式操作系统平台下的数控软件系统实现的方法,包括数控代码智能解释、数控代码的二维三维仿真及数控系统任务调度管理。
The development of embedded operating system provides a new method for the research and development of computer numerical control system. The host computer adopts the embedded real-time operating system Windows CE to take charge of the weak real-time task management such as simulation and fault diagnosis of CNC code editing and interpretation. The lower computer uses self-developed DSP and FPGA technology motion control card is responsible for code interpolation and servo control and other real-time task management. The theory and technology of key technologies in CNC system are introduced, and the method of CNC software system based on embedded operating system platform is expounded, including the intelligent explanation of CNC code, the two-dimensional 3D simulation of CNC code and the task scheduling of CNC system management.
