研究漆酶体系作用下松柏醇葡萄糖苷对纸张湿强度的增强,分析了未漂浆卡伯值的变化,并利用扫描电镜观察了纤维的微细结构。结果表明:经松柏醇葡萄糖苷处理后的纸张湿强度大幅度提高,最多提高了2.037倍,但对纸张的干强度没有明显提高。纸张的后续高温干燥处理,能明显提高纸张的湿强度,湿强度从3.18N·m·g-1提高到8.6N·m·g-1。随着松柏醇葡萄糖苷量的增加,未漂浆的卡伯值也随着增加。此外,未漂浆经过松柏醇葡萄糖苷处理后,在纤维表面有突起物质和游离的大块状物质,在纤维交叉的地方有黏状物质。
Laccase glucosidase enhanced the wet strength of paper under the action of laccase system. The change of kappa number of unbleached pulp was analyzed. The microstructure of fiber was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the wet strength of the paper treated with coniferyl glucoside increased greatly by up to 2.037 times, but did not increase the dry strength of the paper obviously. After the paper was dried at high temperature, the wet strength of the paper was significantly improved, and the wet strength increased from 3.18N · m · g-1 to 8.6N · m · g-1. As the amount of coniferyl glucoside increases, the kappa number of unbleached pulp increases. In addition, the unbleached pulp after coniferyl glucoside treatment, there are protrusions on the surface of the fiber and free large pieces of material, there is a sticky substance where the fibers cross.
