本文对3CrZW8V、H13及38CrMoAl钢在刚玉流态床中进行了渗氮工艺的研究。结果表明,氨气在25%~65%范围内变化时,对渗氮结果无明显的影响,在流态床中渗氮可减少工件表面化合物层的形成和加快渗氮的速度。采用脉冲渗氮方法可获得与非脉冲渗氮同样的效果,同时可降低耗气量。
In this paper, 3CrZW8V, H13 and 38CrMoAl steel in corundum fluidized bed nitriding process. The results show that when the ammonia gas varies from 25% to 65%, there is no obvious influence on the nitriding results. Nitriding in the fluidized bed can reduce the formation of compound layer on the surface of the workpiece and speed up the nitriding. Pulsed nitriding can be obtained with the same effect of non-pulsed nitriding, while reducing air consumption.
