米饭是亚洲人最喜欢的主食之一,通常的做法是蒸饭或者炒饭。下面我就向大家介绍几种西餐中米饭的做法,如果有兴趣,不妨换换口味。No1乳酪海鲜饭原料:各式海鲜适量,洋葱半个,草菇5个,甜椒半个,高汤少许,鲜奶油、比萨乳酪丝适量,鸡蛋2个,白饭适量。做法:1.虾仁、干贝、鱼肉、蟹肉等各适量,随个人喜爱挑选,切成小块并汆烫待用。洋葱切碎,草菇、甜椒切小片备用。2.用黄油炒香洋葱、草菇与甜椒后,加入各种海鲜与高汤。煮开后用淀粉勾芡,并拌人鲜奶油与比萨乳酪丝,煮至融化。3.将白米饭与鸡蛋、葱花同炒,做成葱花蛋炒饭,取出做人烤皿中,浇上海鲜酱料,再放上乳酪丝铺在表面。
