以黑曲霉、青霉、绵霉为试材,用滤纸片和孢子萌发法,观察菊科植物小蓟提取物对供试3种果蔬致病真菌的抑制效果。结果表明:提取物对3种致病菌的生长发育具有一定抑制作用,其对青霉抑制效果最显著,绵霉次之,黑曲霉对提取物最不敏感;3种致病菌对不同提取物的反应也不同,水提物对青霉菌丝生长和孢子萌发抑制作用最强,而绵霉和黑曲霉则对小蓟100%乙醇提取物表现较为敏感。
Using Aspergillus niger, Penicillium sp. And Mungbean sp. As material, the inhibitory effects of the extract of Artemisia annua Thunb. Against three pathogenic fungi on fruits and vegetables were observed with filter paper and spore germination method. The results showed that the extract had certain inhibitory effect on the growth and development of three kinds of pathogenic bacteria, and its inhibitory effect on Penicillium was the most significant, followed by mold and mildew, while Aspergillus niger was the least sensitive to the extract. The reaction was also different. Water extract had the strongest inhibitory effect on Penicillium mycelium growth and spore germination. However, M. grisea and Aspergillus niger were more sensitive to 100% ethanol extract of Artichoke.
