目的了解留守儿童与非留守儿童对意外伤害的认知情况和行为特征的异同,为留守儿童集中的地区有效开展学校健康教育提供依据。方法自行设计问卷调查表,整群抽取贵州省某贫困县4所小学高年级学生中留守儿童和非留守儿童各200名进行问卷调查。结果在知识和行为方面,除个别项目外,非留守儿童比留守儿童得分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);留守儿童获取知识途径以同学同伴传授为主,非留守儿童则以父母教导为主;调查对象对学校开展健康教育获取知识有强烈需求。结论学校应对留守儿童进行全面、系统的健康教育,提高预防意外伤害知识水平,促进科学预防意外伤害行为的形成。
Objective To understand the similarities and differences between cognitive and behavioral characteristics of left-behind children and non-left-behind children in accidental injury and provide the basis for effective school health education in left-behind children. Methods A questionnaire was designed by ourselves. A total of 200 left-behind children and non-left-behind children from 4 primary high school students in a poor county of Guizhou Province were selected for questionnaire survey. Results With regard to knowledge and behavior, except left-behind children, children with left-behind children scored higher than those with left-behind children (P <0.05); left-behind children received knowledge from their peers while non-left-behind children took parents as parents Teaching mainly; surveyed students have a strong demand for knowledge of health education in schools. Conclusion The school should comprehensively and systematically carry out health education for left-behind children, improve the knowledge of prevention of accidental injuries, and promote the formation of scientific prevention of unintentional injuries.
