针对国内3.3kV电压等级煤矿防爆电器产品在矿山应用现状,提出研制3.3kV矿用隔爆型开关的闭合、断开操作检验装置及检验方法的必要性。依据目前煤矿井下使用的3.3kV煤矿防爆电器产品额定容量,在科学地留有余量的基础上,根据相关标准确定试验参数的范围(电流、功率因数等),以及大容量电器产品分断试验一般具有系统庞大,试验过程复杂并且是电量变化的瞬态过程数据信息采集需求等特点,设计3.3kV矿用隔爆型开关的闭合、断开检验装置,该装置主要由冲击试验变压器和三组交流前、后级负载阻抗及自动控制与微机数据采集试验装置、保护装置、陪试装置、电压换接装置构成。
