目的建立健全泉州市城乡饮用水卫生监测网络和预警平台,早期发现、控制和消除饮用水不安全因素,提高水安全水平。方法用流行病学、卫生统计学、分析化学、生物学和社会学等方法,开展公共卫生策略研究,探明泉州区域内城乡饮用水的影响因素及变化规律。结果科学构建了饮用水风险评估与预测-信息报告与反馈-信息利用-风险管理与控制的集成体系。实验室水质检测能力从35项提高到102项。结论实现泉州市城乡饮用水影响因素动态监测、分析和预警,用于指导制定水源保护、饮水安全规划、城市供水网络建设、饮水安全工程建设与管理,为饮水安全常规监测和突发事件应急处置提供技术支撑。
Objective To establish and improve the Quanzhou urban and rural drinking water health monitoring network and early warning platform, early detection, control and elimination of drinking water unsafe factors, improve water safety.
