目的探讨结直肠癌组织中PDCD4和PAQR3 mRNA表达情况,以及与结直肠癌临床资料之间的关系。方法收集结直肠癌及癌旁正常组织标本各54例,用RT-PCR法检测结直肠标本中PDCD4和PAQR3 mRNA水平;分析PDCD4和PAQR3 mRNA水平与临床资料之间的关系。结果 (1)结直肠癌组织中PDCD4 mRNA表达降低甚至不表达,表达降低率为35/54(64.8%),PDCD4 mRNA表达水平为6.84±3.60,癌旁正常组织为5.88±2.52,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。癌组织中PAQR3 mRNA表达水平降低,甚至不表达,表达降低率为57.4%(31/54),PAQR3 mRNA表达水平为9.32±1.97,癌旁正常组织为8.44±2.42,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);二者无相关性(R=0.129,P=0.532)。(2)结直肠癌组织中PDCD4和PAQR3 mRNA均与分化程度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度有关,与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无关。结论结直肠癌中PDCD4和PAQR3 mRNA表达下降,二者无明显相关性;PDCD4和PAQR3 mRNA水平均与分化程度、有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度有关,与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无关。
Objective To investigate the expression of PDCD4 and PAQR3 mRNA in colorectal cancer and their relationship with clinical data of colorectal cancer. Methods Colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissue samples were collected from 54 cases. The mRNA levels of PDCD4 and PAQR3 in colorectal specimens were detected by RT-PCR. The relationship between PDCD4 and PAQR3 mRNA levels and clinical data was analyzed. Results (1) The expression of PDCD4 mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues was decreased or not, the expression rate of PDCD4 mRNA was decreased to 35/54 (64.8%), the expression level of PDCD4 mRNA was 6.84 ± 3.60, and the adjacent normal tissue was 5.88 ± 2.52 Significance of learning (P = 0.036). The expression of PAQR3 mRNA in cancer tissue was decreased or even not expressed, the expression rate of PAQR3 mRNA was decreased to 57.4% (31/54), the expression level of PAQR3 mRNA was 9.32 ± 1.97 and the normal tissue adjacent to cancer was 8.44 ± 2.42 (P = 0.001). There was no correlation between them (R = 0.129, P = 0.532). (2) The expression of PDCD4 and PAQR3 mRNA in colorectal cancer were related to the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and depth of tumor infiltration, but not to sex, age and tumor site. Conclusions The expression of PDCD4 and PAQR3 mRNA in colorectal cancer decreased. There was no significant correlation between the expression of PDCD4 and PAQR3 mRNA. The levels of PDCD4 and PAQR3 mRNA were correlated with the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and depth of tumor invasion, but not with gender, age and tumor location.
