实验在用箭毒制动的清醒大鼠上进行。用自动充灌型玻璃微电极引导蓝斑核单位自发放电。蓝斑自发活动多数为4次/秒的低频放电。脑室注射东莨菪碱(250μg,3μl)可使蓝斑单位放电明显抑制。痛刺激增加蓝斑单位放电,这种效应不能为东莨菪碱所拮抗。提示脑室注射东莨著碱所引起的麻醉作用对中枢去甲肾上腺素能系统有一定影响。
Experiments were performed on awake rats braked with arrowheads. Induction of spontaneous discharge of locus coeruleus cells with self-filling glass microelectrode. Blue spot spontaneous activity most of 4 times / sec low-frequency discharge. Intracerebroventricular injection of scopolamine (250μg, 3μl) can significantly reduce the blue spot discharge unit. Pain stimulation increased blue spot unit discharge, this effect can not be antagonized by scopolamine. Prompt intraventricular injection of scopolamine alkaloids caused by anesthesia on the central norepinephrine system has a certain impact.
