用倍频Nd:YAG脉冲激光诱变钝顶螺旋藻,通过生长曲线的测定,选出光合作用较强的藻株。与出发株相比,诱变后的螺旋藻体干重略下降,藻体蛋白质含量增加12% ,胞外多糖分泌量提高246% 。
The strain Spirulina platensis was mutagenized by pulsed Nd: YAG laser, and the photosynthetic strains were selected by measuring the growth curve. Compared with the starting strain, the dry weight of the spirulina after mutagenesis decreased slightly, the content of algae protein increased by 12% and the exopolysaccharide secretion increased by 246%.
