本文介绍了在同一台492QA 型汽油机上,通过对浴盆型燃烧室和改装成射流燃烧室后,发动机在各种不同工况下排气中有害排放物浓度的对比,并结合射流燃烧过程的特点对492QS 型汽油机的排放特性进行了分析。试验结果表明:与浴盆型燃烧室相比,射流燃烧室汽油机在宽广的工况范围内 CO 排放浓度很低;HC 排放也有明显改善;在中、低负荷下 NO_x 低于浴盆型燃烧室,仅在高负荷下有所升高。怠速时 CO 排放减少,而 HC 排放增加。
In this paper, the comparison of harmful emissions concentration in exhaust gas of engine under different operating conditions on the same 492QA gasoline engine through the combination of a bimodal combustion chamber and a jet combustion chamber is introduced.
