利用氧化玉米淀粉交联明胶,制备了氧化玉米淀粉/明胶复合材料。研究了不同反应条件对复合材料吸水性能的影响。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱学(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫瞄电镜(SEM)表征手段,对复合材料的化学组成、微观形貌、晶粒尺寸等进行了分析。结果表明:制备的氧化玉米淀粉/明胶复合材料能形成稳定的希夫碱结构,具备均匀非晶型多孔结构,具有吸水保水性能,可用作吸水保水材料;氧化玉米淀粉/明胶复合材料的吸水倍率,随氧化玉米淀粉与明胶反应质量比的增加而先增加后降低,随反应温度的增加而增加,随反应p H值的提高而先增加后降低。当氧化玉米淀粉/明胶质量比0.3、p H=4、温度90℃、明胶溶液质量分数为5%时,氧化玉米淀粉/明胶复合材料的吸水倍率可达到11.76。
Oxidized corn starch / gelatin composites were prepared by cross-linking gelatin with oxidized corn starch. The effects of different reaction conditions on the water absorption properties of the composites were studied. The chemical composition, microstructure and grain size of the composites were analyzed by FT-IR, XRD and SEM. The results showed that the prepared oxidized corn starch / gelatin composite can form stable Schiff base structure with uniform amorphous porous structure, which has the properties of water absorption and water retention and can be used as water-absorbent and water-retention material; and the water absorption and water-retention of oxidized corn starch / gelatin composite The magnification increased first and then decreased with the mass ratio of oxidized corn starch to gelatin, increased with the increase of reaction temperature, and then increased first and then decreased with the increase of reaction p H value. When the mass ratio of oxidized cornstarch / gelatin is 0.3, p H = 4, temperature is 90 ℃ and the mass fraction of gelatin solution is 5%, the water absorption ratio of oxidized cornstarch / gelatin composite can reach 11.76.
