本文用辉光离子氮化炉进行离子渗铝工艺探讨。研究了工业纯铁、20钢、45钢辉光离子渗铝层生长规律,测定了渗层铝浓度分布和显微硬度分布。结果得出了完全可以利用辉光离子氮化炉进行离子渗铝,实现一炉多作用离子轰击大大加速渗铝过程的重要结论。
In this paper, glow ion nitriding furnace for aluminum penetration process. The growth rules of industrial pure iron, 20 steel and 45 steel glow-ionized aluminized layer were studied. The distribution of aluminum concentration and the distribution of microhardness were measured. The results showed that the glow ion nitriding furnace can be fully used for ionizing aluminum to achieve the one-furnace multi-action ion bombardment greatly accelerating the aluminizing process.
