进入到21世纪,随着汽车业的迅猛发展,汽车维修技术人才相对短缺越发明显,为解决问题,很多中等职业学校都开设了汽车运用与维修专业,但随着办学的深入,出现了学校教育与企业实践脱节、理论知识与实际工作割裂、实训场所与企业车间分离等问题,为此我校积极探索以中等职业学校学生为主体,汽修企业和职业学校深度融合,教师和师傅深入指导的汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒制人才培养模式。1建立汽修专业学生的双重属性
