企业文化是企业的精神风貌、价值观念、管理思想、管理方式、群体意识和行为规范的总和。80年代初,美国的管理学家研究分析了日本经济起飞的奇迹,对美日文化进行比较之后,结合现代化大生产的要求,提出了一套称之为企业文化的科学的管理思想。此后企业文化便迅速风靡世界,成为现代企业管理者共同关心的课题。经过诸多学者在理论上的探索,今天,企业文化已发展成为较完善的现代企业管理体系。它的特点是突出以人为中心的科学管理模式,并将其贯穿于企业生产经营的全过程。深圳是我国改革开放的实验场,在学习借鉴西方企业管理的同时,也较早地引进了企业文化。经过十多年的实践和探索,对企业文化的认识逐渐深化,并形成
Corporate culture is the sum of the company’s spiritual outlook, values, management ideas, management methods, group awareness, and behavioral norms. In the early 1980s, American management scholars studied and analyzed the miracle of Japan’s economic take-off. After comparing American and Japanese cultures, combined with the requirements of modern large-scale production, a set of scientific management thoughts called corporate culture was proposed. Since then, corporate culture has rapidly swept the world and has become a topic of common concern for modern business managers. After many scholars’ theoretical exploration, today, corporate culture has developed into a more complete modern enterprise management system. Its characteristic is to highlight the people-centered scientific management model, and it runs through the entire process of the company’s production and operation. Shenzhen is an experimental field for China’s reform and opening up. While learning to learn from the management of Western companies, it has also introduced corporate culture earlier. After more than ten years of practice and exploration, the understanding of corporate culture has gradually deepened and formed.
