1992年以来.笔者采用中西医结合方法,治疗小儿肠功能紊乱患者106例.疗效满意,现报道如下.[一般资料]本组106例患儿中,男64例,女42例:年龄5岁以下22例,5～10岁66例,10岁以上18例.年龄最小的30个月.最大的13岁;病程:首次发病33例,1～6个月49例.6个月以上24例.确定以下四项诊断要点:(1)间歇性不规则脐周疼痛;(2)每次疼痛时间短暂,一般不超过10分钟,且能自行缓解:(3)疼痛不甚剧烈,无其他全身症状:(4)腹部体检除脐上方1～2cm处有轻压痛以外,无其他阳性体征,肠鸣音正常.此外,多数患儿兼有食欲差或大便溏等症状.

Identify the following four diagnostic points: (1) intermittent irregular umbilical pain; (2) each time a short time pain, usually no more than 10 minutes, and can relieve itself: (3) the pain is not severe, no other body Symptoms: (4) Abdominal examination No other positive signs except bowel pressure 1 ~ 2cm above the umbilicus, normal bowel sounds, etc. Most children also have symptoms such as poor appetite or loose stools.
