用高温高压热重装置在总压0.2~1.0MPa,温度1073~1223K的范围内,研究了以碱金属盐为主的3种低共熔体和两种对比催化剂对含灰量较高的平鲁气煤和晋城无烟煤的煤焦—水蒸汽气化反应的催化作用。结果表明,所有低共熔复合盐均具较好的催化效果,其中3组分低共熔体显示出最好的活性,这些复合盐可能成为替代碳酸钾的优良气化催化剂;活性组分与煤中矿物质的相互作用将导致催化剂失活;以这些碱金属复合盐为催化剂的煤焦—水蒸汽加压气化符合修正的粒径不变的未反应收缩核模型。
