1985年,我厂为了实现产品的更新换代,从日本引进具有80年代国际先进水平的薄型蓄电池生产线专用设备,在如何搞好引进设备的管理方面,我们积累了一些经验。总的体会是:应根据设备不同的使用年限,采取不同的管理对策。 我厂引进的这套专用设备,投用后的最初2~3年内可靠性良好,随机配带的易损件也足够两年的需用量。在这期间,只要正确使用设备,不出现操作失误或意外事故,设备都能正常运转,满足工艺要求,保质保量地生产合格品。这期间,设备管理工作的重点是抓好正确使用和日常的维护保养。我们把这一时期称为引进设备的维护使用期。
In 1985, in order to realize the upgrading of products, our factory imported special equipment for thin battery production lines from the international advanced level in the 1980s from Japan. We have accumulated some experience in how to improve the management of imported equipment. The general understanding is that different management strategies should be adopted according to the different service life of the equipment. The special equipment introduced by our factory has a good reliability in the first 2 to 3 years after it is put into use, and the wearing parts that are randomly assigned are also sufficient for two years. During this period, as long as the correct use of equipment, no operational errors or accidents, the equipment can operate normally to meet the process requirements, quality and quantity of qualified products. During this period, the focus of equipment management work was to properly use and routine maintenance. We call this period the maintenance period of the imported equipment.
