目的探讨颅内多普勒超声(TCD)及64排螺旋CT在颅内血管的临床应用。方法利用彩色多普勒超声及64排螺旋CT对65例作脑血管增强扫描,获得原始横断面图像,采用容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)技术处理图像,对血管显示情况进行评价,部分病例与DSA结果相比较。结果脑血管主干及其1~3级分支显示率为100%,发现动脉瘤并清晰显示了瘤体、瘤颈、载瘤动脉及其解剖关系;动静脉畸形清楚显示了畸形血管团及其供血动脉和引流静脉。结论多普勒超声联合64排螺旋CT血管造影重建图像能清晰显示颅内各种血管性病变以及血管与颅内其他病变的空间关系,对颅内疾病的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of intracranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) and 64-slice spiral CT in intracranial blood vessels. Methods 65 cases of cerebrovascular enhancement scan were performed with color Doppler ultrasound and 64-slice spiral CT, and the original cross-sectional images were obtained. The volume images (VR), maximum density projection (MIP) and multiplanar reconstruction , Vascular evaluation of the situation, some cases compared with the DSA results. Results Cerebrovascular trunk and its grade 1 to 3 branches showed a rate of 100%. Aneurysms were found and the tumor, tumor neck, and the parent artery were clearly shown. Their arteriovenous malformations clearly showed that the abnormal blood vessels and their blood supply Artery and drainage veins. Conclusion Doppler ultrasound combined with 64-slice spiral CT angiography can clearly show the various intracranial vascular lesions and vascular and other intracranial lesions of the spatial relationship, the diagnosis of intracranial disease is of great value.
