在钛合金(TC-11)工件材料上钻小直径、1/d=224/φ8.5~(+0.2)=26的深孔,要求粗糙度小,R_a1.6(▽6),孔中心直线度较高,一次加工成型,这实属难加工。本文介绍了结合工厂生产实际,针对该加工难题进行的工艺攻关。详述了采用合理设计的硬质合金枪钻,改装了机床和高压冷却油路系统,通过用9种不同的切削用量组合进行深孔钻削试验,考核了工艺系统的可行性,得出了两组断屑良好的合理的切削用量,保证了加工质量和提高了生产率。
Deep hole with a diameter of 1 / d = 224 / φ8.5 ~ (+0.2) = 26 was drilled in the titanium alloy (TC-11) workpiece material and the roughness was small.
